To Die for the Collection

Unlucky Brighton stamp dealer Ronnie Wilson is deep in debt. Arriving in New York on the morning of September 11, 2001, he uses the ensuing chaos to disappear and start a new life in another country. Six years later, a woman's skeleton with signs of violence is found in the storm drains of Brighton. Meanwhile, in the Australian state of Victoria, a car with a body in the trunk is pulled from the riverbed. The traces of both crimes lead Roy Grace to the story of Ronnie Wilson and a collection of postage stamps of fabulous value. As detectives piece together the events of past years, the owner of the rarities finds herself trapped. Grace has to divert the team's efforts to save her and find the criminal who is willing to do anything for the collection.
