Barcelona, early 20th century. When nine-year-old Lewis Ross first sees the famous kiosk «Canaletto» on Rambla Street, he is struck by its beauty and atmosphere and decides to tie his life to this place at all costs. But he could never have imagined how this naive childhood decision would affect not only his fate but also the fates of all the members of the Ross family. Years later, at the same kiosk with drinks, Lewis will meet the beautiful Laura, whom he will fall in love with at first sight. However, social prejudices prevent Lewis and Laura from being together, and they must overcome many obstacles, most importantly, prove that their love is stronger than the trials they face.
