The Secret of the Black Cab

The entire Melbourne is shaken by a daring crime: on a moonlit July night, a respectable gentleman is killed during a ride in a closed carriage. According to the testimony of the cabman who brought the passenger's body to the police, the deceased was heavily intoxicated and could barely stand when a fair-haired young man in a light coat and soft felt hat boarded his cab. The forensic expert concludes that the murderer poisoned his victim with chloroform. Detective Gorby immediately takes on the case, and soon he has both a suspect and a motive.
