Thirty-five-year-old Tatiana Alifanova is lonely, pragmatic, and harbors no illusions about humanity in general and her compatriots in particular. She makes a living on her own and relies only on herself. She hasn't always lived in Moscow, and what she had to overcome in her impoverished childhood during the harsh 90s broke even many adults.
