The Beast's Bones

In 1892, in the town of New Fiddleham, New England, much is not what it seems at first glance. This time, the eccentric detective Jackaby and his assistant Abigail Rook must investigate several supernatural cases at once. The mysterious death of a woman in a neighboring town to New Fiddleham opens a series of frightening events: first, in the Gad Valley, the recently discovered bones of a giant beast mysteriously vanish, then another unexplained murder occurs in New Fiddleham, and finally, an unknown predator launches brutal attacks on animals and people. Thus, the detective and his assistant begin the hunt for a thief, a murderer, and a monster.
