Fairy Tales and Myths of Northern Europe

In the ancient legends and myths of Northern Europe, one can see the mist and twilight of the cold fjords, conquered by the first Vikings. One can dance in the moonlight or bathe in the sunlight together with elves — a wonderful folk that lives in the forests and weaves their clothes from spider silk. One can go underground with the dwarfs and sit at the Round Table among the knights in Camelot. All these tales were retold for us by the writer and poet Leonid Yakhnin, and the wonderful illustrations were drawn by the artist Igor Oleynikov.
