A developmental book-toy with die-cut shapes on each page and a brochure for parents inside! On each spread, the little one will find bright pictures, funny toys, die-cut windows, and small "puzzles" for attentive eyes.
In the book, the toys decide to go visiting while their owner sleeps. The little reader helps them on the way: inserting their fingers into the cut-outs, completing the unicorn's horn, the sloth's claws, the dinosaur's spikes, the snail's house, the bird's wing, and the camel's hump. This way, the child trains fine motor skills, develops imagination, and turns the pages to see how their fingers and hands become part of the picture.
A special "feature" of the book is a leaflet-guide for parents. It will suggest how to read the story and how to interact with the book, what additional questions to ask the child, and what tasks to use to develop speech, attention, logic, quick thinking, and imagination.
The edition is part of the series "Finger Games," which consists of four books with unique die-cut shapes and various developmental tasks. In "Shapes and Colors," children learn about the shapes of objects and their shades, in "Learning Numbers" they count animals, in "Look Through the Window" they search for a chameleon, and in "Toy Journey" they supplement pictures with their fingers and hands. The books can be collected gradually or given to a child as a complete set right away.
