The Thirteenth Tale

Once upon a time, there was a girl, and she had a twin sister. They grew up in an old mansion, full of family secrets and ghosts… Until many years later, the time came to reveal all these secrets. Margaret Lee, a little-known amateur biographer, receives an unexpected job offer from the famous charismatic writer Vida Winter, who had previously kept her past carefully hidden from everyone. Understanding that her days are numbered, Miss Winter decides to tell the world her true story. For certain reasons, she chooses Margaret as her biographer. Only to her does she plan to tell her last – thirteenth – tale. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, Margaret learns much more than planned.
