Summer is in full swing in Southbourne, and the ladies from the charity shop have their hands full. After yet another tough day, Fiona, Sue, and Daisy dream of enjoying fish on the beach, but their plans are interrupted by the cheerful ringing of bells. To their surprise, they see an old ice cream van, with Daisy's daughter at the wheel. Bella has recently returned to the town after a separation from her husband and is now searching for herself. Planning to start a new venture, she had no idea that along with the vehicle, she had bought a whole heap of problems… A few months ago, the body of its former owner was found in the freezer of this van. The media dubbed the criminal the Vanilla Killer, who has not been caught yet. However, the locals haven’t forgotten and now steer clear of the van. But that’s the least of the girl’s worries, as she soon starts receiving threatening notes. Fearing that Bella may become the next victim, the brave detectives boldly take on the investigation. They need to track down the killer before he strikes again.
