The book «Encyclopedia of Himalayan Siddha Yoga» is unique. It is the only collection of practices and teachings from the recently departed Siddha-guru Pilot Babaji, which he passed on to his disciple Sati Mataji. Sati Mataji is an accomplished Master in this tradition, and she has been giving initiations (diksha) into Himalayan Siddha Yoga since 2012.
On one hand, it is the main textbook on Himalayan Siddha Yoga for yoga teachers, containing everything necessary to explain the true principles of yoga to their students. On the other hand, it is a complete collection of techniques (asanas, pranayama, kriyas, etc.), as well as recommendations for personal practice, through which the highest state of consciousness can be achieved.
In the second volume, the main focus is on meditation, its types, and techniques of execution. A wide range of related issues is also addressed—from the psychophysiological aspects of meditation and stress reduction techniques to the formation and processing of karma.
