Secret Assignments

After graduating from university, novice lawyer Denis Petrovsky starts working at the prosecutor's office, while his peer journalist Sergey Kurlov unexpectedly becomes a loader at a commercial firm. No one knows that the young men are carrying out a secret assignment under the state program to combat corruption and organized crime. The young investigator has gained enemies among his colleagues and adversaries among the accused, while the newly minted loader has become embroiled in crime and, under pressure from accomplices, is even forced to commit murder. Meanwhile, the political situation has changed, the "Clean Hands" program has been shut down, and Petrovsky and Kurlov find themselves alone with numerous problems and enemies.
