The "Hungarian Bestiary" is incomparably more – it is a story about the culture, history, and traditions of the Hungarian people, their heroes, legends, and myths. 

The author of the book, Zoltan Madyar, is a specialist in the folklore of the Finno-Ugric peoples, a Ph.D. from the Institute of Ethnography.
