The Networks of Other People's Desires

A businessman, Sergey Orlov, is found dead in the most fashionable hotel. Private detective Tatiana Ivanova takes on the case, but immediately encounters the lies of witnesses and the reluctance of the staff at the "White Swan" and its manager to assist the investigation. All who are even remotely connected to the victim come under suspicion, leading to an ever-multiplying list of theories. Moreover, it gradually becomes clear that Sergey Orlov was not the positive character that the press had portrayed him to be. Tatiana will have to interview numerous witnesses, discard false theories, and even change her image before she finally catches up with the criminal.
