Tasha and her sister Alice have always been different, even though they shared one room. Calm Tasha grew up and settled down in the English countryside with her husband and two little ones. Ambitious Alice made strides in science and settled with her husband in a luxurious apartment in Venice.
When Tasha decides to take a short vacation, Alice offers to take care of her children. Tasha is sure: the children are completely safe with her sister.
She couldn't even imagine how wrong she was.
An unexpected call from home changes everything: Alice and her husband Kyle have been attacked. Alice is in intensive care. Kyle is dead.
