Ashen Trails

The darkness leaves traces.

Suzanne was left alone. Above her mother's grave, a tall apple tree rustles, and in the once cozy house, it is gloomier than in the impenetrable forest outside. All because her beloved father… has disappeared. The search leads to an ancient castle, the vaults of which hold a terrible secret: the royal dynasty is cursed! Valder Illerstrom knew this, and he had to vanish. And now his majesty has declared a hunt for Suzanne as well. She is left with no choice but to run after her father – down the road of shadows and ghosts, along the mysterious ashen paths. But the price of a desperate step may be too high: for who said that a way back from the world of burned souls would be found?
