The Oprichniks are about to acquire an incredibly powerful weapon that will make them invincible. The children of Blackout are learning to live anew, and it’s not certain they will succeed. And in the midst of all this chaos, an old man in the kitchen is playing "Heroes", thinking about how to take revenge for the death of a loved one.
