Johann Faust, who lived in the 16th century, left behind a number of works on black and occult magic. Deeply engaged in black magic, he dedicated his life to studying interactions with spirits, and therefore, in his texts, the rituals of summoning are always described in maximum detail. In addition to information about spirits and ways to command them, Faust includes in his books examples of oaths, rituals for consecrating and protecting ritual objects, and even confessions of great Kings of Hell.
