The murder of a friend led Edrin the Wanderer to an old enemy and uncovered a terrible conspiracy involving mages infected with scarabitus.

However, as it turned out, the attack by Magash-Moray was only the beginning of the invasion, and the true enemy of the Setarians is far older than humanity itself.
