Poisonous Bait

A police officer from Penza, Lieutenant Rem Titov, has lost his common-law wife Raisa. The woman came to Moscow for artificial insemination and became a victim of a lone psycho. The killer was detained and placed in a psychiatric hospital, but a week later, under strange circumstances, he passed away. Titov is perplexed: why did his wife become the victim of a psychopath? Perhaps this happened for a reason, and someone has a grudge against the lieutenant or his family... The detective arrives in Moscow and gets a job in the authorities. But the criminal capital does not reveal its secrets easily. Rem will have to pay a high price to understand the subsequent bloody events...
