The Development of Inter-Hemispheric Interaction in Children. Neurodynamic Gymnastics

Preschool and early age is the most favorable period for the development of higher brain structures, and consequently, inter-hemispheric connections and mental processes. The proposed neurodynamic gymnastics is one of the approaches for developing integrated inter-hemispheric interaction in children aged 4-7 years. By using specially selected games and exercises in working with children, where the child engages the right hand, the left hand, or performs tasks with both hands simultaneously, we create conditions for improving the interaction between the right and left hemispheres, each of which perceives the external world in its own way.
Neurodynamic gymnastics will be of interest to a wide range of specialists, psychologists, speech therapists, defectologists, educators, as well as parents for activities at home.
