In the Embrace of the Wendigo

In a small town in the northern USA, teachers and students of the local college begin to disappear. Later, their bodies are found mutilated, as if wild animals have torn them apart.

Second-year student Kэra Louton believes that the animal attacks are merely a cover for a real murderer. Her suspicion falls on a new student with unnaturally large height — Lester North, who often goes missing and is constantly found at the crime scenes. However, Lester himself claims that a wendigo has taken residence at the college — a cannibal monster from Indian legends.

At first, Kэra and her friends do not believe these frightening stories. But when they encounter the monster face to face, they realize that the legends do not lie... and stopping the wendigo is only possible for another monster.
