The life of Skeleton Skela in the Kingdom of Evil takes on new colors when he receives a very strange cat. It is nothing like the one he saw on TV: it refuses to eat cat food, constantly urinates, and cries loudly! The neighbors keep complaining about the noise coming from Skela's apartment, and the local veterinarian Mago, who is also (for a moment!) a cat, immediately suspects something is wrong. He expresses his concerns to Professor Ko, who specializes in studying mutations. Extremely interested in the unusual animal, the professor is eager to obtain it at all costs…
