In a forest on the outskirts of Philadelphia, a settlement of a small folk – the gnomes – is hidden. Unnoticeable to humans, the fairies exist in another dimension, guarding the ecosystem of the forest, and consider the city a... place of desolation. But one day, misfortune strikes their village. A powerful artifact – a magic crystal – is stolen, and the consequences of this event could lead to disaster.
The Central Command of the Greens sends its best expert – the knight-mushroom – to retrieve the crystal and catch the criminal. 
But it seems the forces of chaos have already disturbed the fragile balance of the fairy world. A chance encounter brings the knight-mushroom together with a girl from the city, who is searching for her runaway dog in the forest. Magic connects the fairy and the human, and their adventures will undoubtedly undermine the very foundations of reality.
