Hot, arid August, presumably our days. The wild and deceptively serene expanse of the boundless Russian steppe. Along the deserted dirt roads speeds the "Archeobus," a dusty van in which the Team travels - a brigade of six archaeologists carrying out a mission for some Office. They are scouts: they are to explore the shores of numerous ravines and rivers in search of places where humans once lived. However, under the pressure of some formidable external events, their journey will become more than just an expedition, transforming into a difficult and sometimes dangerous odyssey for all six of them...
