The Gentleman from Peru

Southern Italy, summer on the Amalfi Coast. Due to a yacht malfunction, a group of Americans is forced to stop at a hotel with elderly tourists. There they meet the mysterious Raul, who begins to reveal personal secrets of everyone—secrets that no one could know. Raul wins their trust with stories about mythical places along the coast, full of legends of passion and loss. Everyone falls under his charm, except for Margo, whom he called by her 'real' name—Maria—from the very beginning. But strolls and long conversations bring them closer, and Raul opens a path to the past for Margo, where threads linking their fates are hidden.
