Ruslan and Lyudmila

This book features the first complete poem of the outstanding Russian writer Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin (1799–1837) – «Ruslan and Lyudmila». It tells the reader about the wonderful adventures of the glorious knight Ruslan, who set out in search of his abducted bride. Terrifying monsters, beautiful maidens, valiant heroes, and omnipotent sorcerers are captured in the vivid illustrations of the Soviet artist Nikolai Mikhailovich Kcherzhin (1897–1974).
