Traitors Cannot Love

Ariana, at the request of her stepfather, gets a job at a law firm to keep track of her competitor's affairs. She falls in love with the head of the company, lawyer Arseny Dolinsky, and he reciprocates her feelings. But Ariana's love is tormenting — she is forced to deceive her beloved. The sincerity of feelings gives way to a game, to deceit with tricks, flirtation, and tactics, albeit initially clumsy. Arseny discovers the truth.
