Black Heart

1983. A student from Congo is discovered dead in a classroom of one of the Siberian technical schools. To avoid an international scandal, the investigation hastens to conclude officially: death from a heart attack. At the same time, the district police leadership secretly entrusts lieutenant Andrey Laptev to investigate what happened. The detective finds out that the African's death was caused by an electric shock. But the strangest thing is: a voodoo doll with a pierced "heart" was found at the crime scene. What is this – a secret ritual of angry tribesmen or someone's clever prank? Laptev immerses himself in the student atmosphere and learns disturbing details of the brutal crime…
