The agreement on the protection of children was prepared and signed almost instantly, literally within two months: children need to be protected from all the troubles happening in the world and raised in such a way that they can resolve... global conflicts. Children are the future. And now the Child Protection Bases have been built, separated from the rest of the world. Everything is well thought out.

Children have become accustomed to life at the Base. Parents could call the Base on a unified emergency number. But for some reason, they did not call.
