Upon attending an international congress in Malta, cardiothoracic surgeon Ulyana Loginova had no idea what adventures awaited her. In the hotel where she stayed, strange and mysterious individuals gathered, not at all related to medicine. Each of them, as it later turned out, had their own, not always legal goals. On the second day of her stay on the sunny island, Ulya and her friend Dasha discovered the corpse of a new acquaintance, a cardiologist from England, John Riddle.
