Historically, Vikings are most commonly associated with sea raids and expeditions. While this is not without truth, the ancient Scandinavians lived not only by plunder: the development of their fleet spurred the growth of trade in the North Sea and... the Baltic. Knorr – is one type of ship that Vikings sailed. Also, "Knorr" is a card strategic board game in which you can connect with the Viking era and become one of them!
Form your group of Vikings and set out to explore new territories, pave new trade routes, and participate in raids. You can choose the role that suits you best: be a warrior focused solely on plundering; become a merchant and thrive in trade; gain fame as a brave sailor, or glorify everyone else as a skald. On your turn, you can take one of two actions: summon or explore. By summoning a Viking to your crew, you place his card from your hand next to your ship's board. They are placed in the column of their corresponding color. When exploring, you go to one of the 6 open destination cards: pay its cost, place it above your ship, and receive the corresponding reward.
Gather a good crew of recruits, explore new territories, and be the first to earn 40 victory points so that the skalds will immortalize your name in songs!
