Children's Fears

What can one be afraid of? The most essential, the deepest fear is the fear of losing the love of someone dear to us.
In children, this fear has many manifestations: fear of the dark, fear of animals, fear of being alone, fear of school, fear of others, unfamiliar people. In adults, this fear has its nuances: fear of not measuring up, fear of losing health, fear of death. This fundamental fear lives in each of us. But what to do if it becomes too strong? How to identify possible causes of breakdowns, how to anticipate risk factors? And what can we do to help our children overcome it, to help them grow and be happy?
