Based on more than... 15 years of our practice in the field of psychological rehabilitation after emotional shock trauma situations, we believe that the prevention of the consequences of shock and emergency situations, as well as assistance after unpleasant events, should be provided both for children and adults in a simple and accessible form. The collection presents materials illustrating the general principle: no matter how unpleasant an event may be, if a person can freely talk about their feelings and their experienced experience with close people and receive adequate support from them, post-traumatic syndrome can be avoided.
