Nadia Alexeeva (b. 1988) is a prose writer and playwright; author of the novels "Midnight Girl" and "Belgrade"; a finalist for the "Big Book", "Yasnaya Polyana", "Lyceum", "Lyubimovka", and "Art Theatre Award". Sketches and plays based on Alexeeva's works have been staged in Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Ulan-Ude, and other cities in Russia. In the book "Nedialog", Nadia Alexeeva's plays are collected for the first time under one cover. Here, close people and random companions talk, but in a Chekhovian way, they do not hear each other; they try to put themselves in someone else's life without understanding their own; they seek understanding, but only complicate everything. The nerve of each story lies in the palette of孤独感, and the finale is in the endless quest for tenderness. A true playwright needs to feel the theater, its active essence, the necessity of constant conflict, rapid development, to create images that interest directors and actors.
