An infamous businessman dies in a car accident by chance, and the police have no reason to start an investigation, but soon his eldest son is taken hostage.

The kidnappers immediately begin to blackmail the family, threatening to reveal some dark secrets... At first glance, these two cases should be connected, but why would the same criminal present the first as an accident while drawing maximum attention to the second? Is someone else involved? 

Finding answers to these questions falls to the team of Lo Wenchou along with Fei Du, who has taken an internship in the municipal administration, pursuing his own goals.
