Magic Lives for Three Years

Magical Russia, 2027 In a provincial town, an elderly librarian is brutally murdered – her face has been dried out, and her eyes have been burnt with magic. The head of the local Magical Committee, Fyodor Zharnovsky, is convinced that... the killer was searching for information about sources of magic in the library, one of which is hidden in his wife Daria's magical cafe. Three years after the return of magic, someone begins to destroy the sources, taking their power, so it's necessary to find the criminal faster than he discovers the cafe. At the same time, Magical Committees across the country are under attack by unknown assailants who believe that non-magicians, as before, should obey wizards. A new revolution is coming, and the existence of magic is once again under threat…
