Dixon's Rule

Diana Dixon has a lot on her plate this summer. She is preparing for ballroom dancing competitions, juggling two jobs, and still dealing with her ex-boyfriend who just can't seem to understand that it's over between them. And yet, despite all this, she has the strength to send Shane Lindley to hell.
Shane just moved into Diana's house and seems intent on sleeping with her entire cheerleading squad. Sure, he's tall, gorgeous, a hockey player, but he's intruding on her territory. There are rules here: no parties in the apartment, no relationships with cheerleaders, and most importantly, no flirting with Diana.
Diana doesn't realize that Shane is tired of flings and is still upset about his breakup with his ex-girlfriend. He wants a relationship. And when his ex re-enters the picture, he decides to make her jealous and pretends he's already taken... Who better to play the role of his girlfriend than Diana, the new neighbor?
Despite Diana's reluctance to break her rule, a fake relationship is the perfect solution to her problems with her ex, and soon she can no longer deny that something is sparking between her and Shane. Something hot and completely unexpected.
And perhaps, it becomes too real.
