This was a nightmare for... Madrid's Judicial Police lieutenant Lucia Guerrero. Flashes of lightning illuminated from the darkness a large cross rising above the top of the hill. And hanging from it was her partner, Sergeant Moreira. A screwdriver stuck out from his chest, and the body was... glued to the cross with super strong adhesive.
Lucia is not allowed to work on her partner's murder case – the law prohibits it. But with her superiors' consent, she begins her own investigation. She learns about a professor from the University of Salamanca who is developing a computer program to find serial criminals.
