Death Stalks the Forest

Attorney Francis Pettigrew is once again investigating a murder. This time there are more than enough reasons: many residents of the quiet village harbored a grudge against the unfortunate victim. And this seemingly meek sheep is not so simple, after whose demise so many secrets are revealed. There are indeed plenty of clues: a strange letter, a diamond earring, the murder weapon found by boys. But who committed this crime under the yews, if it seems that all the suspects have alibis?
