Cut Off

Leading forensic expert of the Federal Criminal Police Office of Germany, Paul Hertzfeld, found a note with his daughter Hannah's phone number in the head of a horrifically mutilated female corpse.
It turns out the girl has been kidnapped, and the... perpetrator with a twisted mind involves Paul in a deadly game, leaving a ghostly hope to save his daughter.
Another instruction for further actions is hidden in yet another corpse located on the northern island of Helgoland.
However, Hertzfeld has no chance of obtaining information. A powerful cyclone has cut off the island from the mainland, and the population has already been evacuated.
Among the few who remain is comic artist Linda. She discovered the dead body on the beach.
The desperate father tries to persuade her to conduct an autopsy following his phone instructions. But Linda has never handled a scalpel.
