Student Zoya joins a group of tourists heading to the mountains just before a volcanic eruption. During the hike, one of them is found dead under mysterious circumstances. The driver who was supposed to evacuate the group does not arrive. The ground keeps trembling beneath their feet, and there is no one around for hundreds of kilometers. Without weapons and with minimal food supplies, Zoya and her companions are forced to navigate through the dangerous taiga. Will they manage to escape alive or will they become victims of a murderer or someone even more dangerous?
