Flight

The love between a mother and daughter is always fragile. The oscillation between goodwill and misunderstanding, the desire to be together and the drive for emancipation - such is the portrait of the relationship between a single mother and her only daughter. At first, they were very close, but their bond becomes strained when school and the daughter's ambition for success conflict with the mother's more modest dreams.

A touching and beautiful novel about the love between a mother and daughter that questions class differences, notions of success and happiness, and above all, poses the question we all face: can we grow up without betraying our loved ones?
