Crime and Punishment

Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky (1821–1881) — a Russian writer, publicist, classic of world literature, one of the most famous and widely read Russian authors abroad. The criminal story, which begins with the question: "Am I a trembling creature or do I have the right?", turns into the soul-searching of the hero.
Having committed a crime, student Raskolnikov finds no confirmation of his own ideas about human destiny and needs redemption, through which the "dawn of a renewed future, full of resurrection into a new life" could shine.
