In the Black Square

Art allows us to transcend space and time for a fleeting moment and partake here and now in the feelings and thoughts that someone, having dressed them in artistic form, experienced there and then. The richness and fullness of existence, felt in this moment, grant us proportion to this material world, of which we remain guests or prisoners in life, while simultaneously revealing its illusory nature and fragility, emerging against the background of another and more perfect existence, the possibility of which is felt so clearly, leaving us with sadness and hope.
