Journalist Mark Asimov takes on the investigation of a 9-year-old case – the mysterious disappearance of Lika. If he successfully solves the case and writes an article, he will keep his job and pay off his debts. However, there is almost no evidence… Lika was the sister of his beloved Clara and one day simply disappeared from her own home under mysterious circumstances. The missing woman's husband is serving time for her murder, although her body has never been found. And her mother still believes that her daughter is alive. Who was behind Lika's disappearance?
