To create a truly legendary title, a lot of effort is required! Unlike the shining world of anime, the lives of studio workers are not so joyful and easy. Everyone has their own difficulties on the path to the goal. Producer Kayako struggles to achieve a compromise between the creative impulses of the director and the bureaucratic machine. Kazuna, like a true animator, keeps her eyes open and barely finds time for a personal life outside the constant flow of orders. And Hitomi from the director's chair tries to reach each of her subordinates and make the team unite for a common cause. This is a story about how three brave girls overcome difficulties on the way to creating the best anime of the season!
