Everything in the life of the strange family of Zlobstovs was going its own way: mischief on their street, much to the discontent of the other residents, was carried out regularly and effectively. But then everything turned upside down: all... it took was a magical clock and the most shameless troublemaker you could imagine. The scoundrel Bezpredel Zlob was the only one whose prank went beyond ordinary nastiness. Even by the standards of a family where a penchant for wicked tricks was revered above all else… This villain was famous for his inventions, which usually couldn’t truly harm anyone. But when the scoundrel accidentally invented a clock that stops time, the situation became catastrophic. They were eventually stolen and hidden for many years. Until the younger sister of Malisa – Antipatia-Rosa – discovered and activated the clock. Now, the scoundrel decided to take revenge and create real chaos in the Upper and Lower worlds, threatening to sow discord and terrorize their inhabitants. Malisa, her uncle Yazva, and her best friend Set will have to outsmart the troublemaker and restore the usual order in both worlds. And while they try to stop the Scoundrel, Ma and Pa are tidying up their street. No matter how strange this task seemed to them, they firmly decided: ONLY WE CAN BE TROUBLEMAKERS HERE!
