The Valley

Least of all did officer of the Toulouse police Marten Servas expect this call from the past. Marianne, the mother of his son, was kidnapped eight years ago. Since then, the kidnapper has ended up in prison, but she herself has never been found. And now she calls at half past one in the night: she managed to escape from captivity.
