The Mistress of the Old House

Near a town in the Moscow region stands an old, dilapidated estate, where, as they say, the ghost of the Mistress roams. The Mistress does not tolerate intrusion into her territory, but Yulia and her friends were unaware of the estate's legend and therefore spent a fun evening there. Soon, one of her friends is found dead in that very estate, Yulia herself starts to feel someone's frightening presence nearby, and the new neighbor shows unexpected interest both in her and in the murder. Will she be able to make sense of what is happening before the Mistress of the old house comes for her?
