The proposed novel combines ironic, family, and adventure prose, while also painting a picture of manners during the historical period from the 1960s of the 20th century to the beginning of the current century. The main character is a dreamer-romantic, completely out of sync with the practical, unkind, and greedy surroundings. Throughout his life, he searches for the ideal woman - the Beautiful Lady. Sometimes he thinks he has found her, but he fails to win her favor because he himself generally does not correspond to the chosen ideal.
